Dance Fitness

1. K-Kardio Dance

1. K-Kardio Dance – KKD is our in house program, currently made international through Youtube and global instructors. This is the latest hype, a trendy dance workout to nothing but Kpop hit music. Using simplified MTV steps combined with cardio moves, workout while looking and feeling like an idol.

2. Zumba

Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

3. Zumba Gold

If the usual workout is too intense, you can opt for this lower impact version of Zumba! Suitable for people with knee or back injuries, where jumps and hops are avoided, and steps are more repeated and easier to follow.

4. Megadanz

Salsa, Hiphop, Merenge, Reggaeton, Jazz, Pop, Brazilian and belly dance, there are just some of the many styles of dance that Megadanz provides.

5. Pound Fitness

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

6. Bollyrobics

Combine the energetic and upbeat Bollywood music, bollywood moves and aerobics together to get this fun-filled workout class.

7. Aerobics

Old schools aerobics will never go wrong. Go in counts of 8, 16 and 32 with moves like marches, step touch, squats and lunges.

Combat Fitness

1. Piloxing

A non-stop, cardio workout fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! No shoes are required for this workout.
2. FightDo

It is an imaginary fight against several opponents, combining the best of Boxing and Martial Arts. Employing punches, knees, kicks and blocks to provide a fun and effective class using dynamic and intense combat training. Gloves are optional.

3. Strong by Zumba

It combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.

4. Muay Thai

This is a non-music based class. Learn the striking and footwork techniques, offensive and defensive techniques of Muay Thai. Emphasis is placed on physical conditioning and solo/partner drills with minimum physical contact.

5. HIIT Workout

This High Intensity Interval Training uses cardiovascular exercise strategy, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

6. Kickboxing

Fusion is a mixed martial arts class which combines kicks, punches and movements to develop strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.

Dance Classes

1. Hiphop

Learn how to groove like a pro! Basic techniques like body isolation, coordination and footwork will be taught, then combines into a dance choreography.

2. Kpop MTV

Learn the exact dance you see on MTV! The choreography will be broken down and taught slowly, step by step according to participants’ pace. It can be cool, swag, sexy, or even cute style!

3. Line Dance

A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in lines or rows, all facing the same direction and executing the steps at the same time.

4. Salsa/Latin

The movements of Salsa are a combination of the Afro-Cuban dances Son, cha-cha-cha, Mambo, Rumba, and the Danzón. It can be done either solo, or with a partner.

5. Choreography for D&D performance

Staffs will choose their song that they want to performance at their event or function, and our instructor will choreograph the routine and coach the staffs based on their dance background or requests.


1. Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. It also promotes strength and flexibility.

2. Pilates

Pilates emphasise on body alignment, core exercises and breathing techniques. It is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk

3. Nirvana Fitness

It is an unique blend of uplifting positive music beat, simple to follow pilates/yoga toning exercises and rhythmic breathing to detox the body.
