Join in the hype with the K-wave sweeping worldwide! It is a non-stop dance workout which comprises of repeated simple MTV moves, combined with cardio elements like Hiphop, Aerobics, Kickboxing, etc. Suitable for people without dance background but love Kpop!

Boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts. These are just some of the techniques you will use to fight imaginary opponents in animated and exciting workouts. Step in the ring and prepare for a fight, the fight to enrich your life.

It is a new group fitness format inspired by drumming! A pair of stix will be provided, and you will have a pounding good time while working your arms, abs, thighs and butt! Yoga mats might be required for floors which are not suitable for drumming on.
Hip Hop Pump
20 minutes of learning the break-down hip hop moves, combine to make it into a workout dance! Be surprised every week as you learn new moves and dance to new hip hop hits every week! You will never get a chance to get bored of working out. Now you don’t need to know how to dance to move and groove to hip hop music!
Cardio Workout
Using upbeat music, this fiercely energetic programme will tone your arms, butts, thighs and tummy through alternating between different exercises. Follow the instructor through an array of disciplines such as kick boxing, tai chi, muay thai, karate and aerobics. It improves agility, endurance and lung fitness.
Kickboxing Kickboxing
Muay Thai is the main discipline in kickboxing and it is one of the most powerful and effective martial arts in the world. Developed over thousands of years from Thailand, is known for its tremendous power and maximum efficiency which utilizes a symphony of kicks, punches, knees, and elbows with fluidity and grace.
Hi-Lo Aerobics Hi-Lo Aerobics
A hi-low aerobic class combines two types of exercises into a single class such that participants can combine periods of more manageable low-impact movements with periods of more challenging high-impact movements. It suits both people who are fit and people who has weak knees or back, since you get to vary the impact based on your own standards.
Piloxing Piloxing
The programs are built on an interdisciplinary system of two extremes – Boxing and Pilates principles. The combination of the two disciplines as the primary exercise components create a sense of balance, both physically and mentally by doing a non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits.

 

DANCE CLASSES:

Hip Hop 101
Inspired by the Step Up movie, dance battles or cool moves you see in MTVs? Learn hip hop techniques to move and groove the right way! Class consist of 30 minutes technique and basics, 30 minutes of learning a dance choreography. Do not worry if you are a beginner, the instructor will break it down and teach at a easy yet fun way!
K-pop Dance
Imagine dancing to songs by PSY, SNSD, Big Bang, 2NE1, SHINEE, and many many more! The MTV dance choreography will be broken down and taught at the participants’ pace. At the end of 6 to 8 sessions, you will be able to dance to hits like Gentlemen, Fantastic Baby, Sorry Sorry, The Boys, Ringa Linga and many more!
Street/Lyrical Jazz
Targeted more for the ladies, it consist of a strong, sharp, yet explosive contemporary dance moves with a touch of feminine and sensual flavour. Techniques like body wave, hips isolations and other jazz techniques will be taught, together with a short choreography every lesson. An opportunity for ladies to express with attitude and shake loose!
Latin Fusion & Ballroom Dance
A form of social dance which includes footwork, weight shifts with hips with arms and shoulders movement. This is a less intense form of dance which focus on technique and rhythms, and simply to sway and feel the music. Although most of the time it includes a partner, solo dance is taught during corporate classes for more ease and fun of learning!

 

HEALTH & WELLNESS CLASSES:

Yoga
Yoga focuses on flexibility and broad muscle groups. It offers balance, endurance, strength, spirituality, and some really physical movement while finding your inner peace. Classes can range from gentle and nourishing to challenging and sweaty. With all the variety, there is always a class and a style for everyone.
Pilates
Pilates classes focus on strength, muscle toning, body control, and flexibility, with the main emphasis being core strength. Pilates is a disciplined practice that needs to be done on a regular basis to provide benefit. If you like a more structured workout without the Yoga component of chanting, OMing, or complex postures, this could be the workout for you.
